Gender Discrimination at work place in India

In India we are faced with the problem of gender inequality every day. Gender equality refers to the access of all to opportunities and rights, whereas it means to discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender. In our society, apart from men and women third gender is also. Despite being all human beings, they are struggling for Supremacy among themselves and in this struggle, men are sitting at the highest level who have established their Supremacy by making women week. The third class of gender is the transgender, men and women are not ready to include society in themselves. This third category of gender has its own upliftment and its own importance in the society. This third category of gender does not even raise its voice for recognition by singing and dancing in the society. It is earning its living by congratulating, it only with the money received. In our family and Society women are considered as the second category so women do not have equal rights as Man.
