No date - looks 1930s/40s. Colour frontispiece & B&W illustrations. Pages 331 - 668. - Plain brown dustjacket which is worn around corners and edges. Clean brown "textured-effect" look hardback binding - gilt titles and decoration to spine, embossed illustration to front of a house roof and "Building Repairs". Light wear to spine-ends & boards' corners. Browning/greying to page-edges, occasional foxing to pages o/w contents very clean.(Another copy without dustjacket in fair ++ condition, boards damp-stained marked to most of front board and about half of the back board, boards' corners and spine-ends have wear, endpapers spotted/marked - £4 less).
