[10] + 406 pp. 8.25 x 5.5 . Hardcover full cloth. In fair condition, with some exterior scuffing to boards and spine, including along top edge of rear board. Light instances of exterior discoloration. Cracking present to front hinge between frontispiece and title page. Text block remains bound well. Light markings to front. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce first English edition by Sigmund Freud, with the book s preface written by G. Stanley Hall, the president of Clark University. Does not include dust jacket as issued.
