1984 Reenactment, Probate Practice to Property (Title 33). Book is in incredibly good condition. Cover is perfectly square and free of any damage marks or fading. Spine is clearly legible and tight, though there is some creasing on both the top and bottom edges from being pushed or pulled from the shelf. Pages are still a crisp white, free of staining or marks, and have no tears, though some are folded in very mildly on some corners. Back cover has one very straight slice down the interior, but no other interior damage is present throughout the book.
