Celia and her daughters stayed close to Celia's siblings and their families, and close to the other families of John Bott, as they moved to many towns in Utah and Idaho during the persecutions inflicted on Mormon polygamist families. Descendants also lived in Colorado, Idaho, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Wyoming, and elsewhere in the United States.
