Third edition "completely revised". 754 pp. including index. The blue boards are faded around the edges and spine. Otherwise fine: Unmarked and in a tight binding with hinges intact. The dust jacket has light edge wear, including a 1/4" chip at the spine head. The spine and edges are tanned. There are some small stains. In Brodart archival dust jacket protector. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
