Overall good, with light rubbing and wear to exterior. Boards slightly bent in towards. Light loss to binding at head and heel of spine. Hinges remain in good condition with minor wear. Light markings and marginalia. Nicely illustrated with dozens of architectural foldouts, along with an assortment of plates. Beautiful frontispiece foldout of Bearwood in good condition with minor wear. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear.
