Red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Boards are marked commensurate with age. Corners are slightly bumped, edges worn. Spine is faded with bumping to ends. Somewhat cocked. Some foxing to endpages. Map as frontispiece. Infrequent annotations to the textblock in pencil. Pagination: [xii], 435 pp + catalogue of other titles. Additional photos are available upon request.
