Part of a series of papers issued jointly by the Geography Department of Kuwait University, and the Kuwait Geographical Society. Its Editorial Board included the University's Head of Geography Dr Abdullah Al-Ghunaim, and KGS President Ibrahim Al-Shatti. They published papers of direct interest to countries in the Arabian Gulf, as well as more general and widely applicable studies.
