Item description from seller

"A frank and courageous review of farm and economic conditions in Georgia." Pamphlet reprint of an editorial from The Atlanta Constitution dated March 30, 1925, and written for that paper by Holleman, then President of the Southern Mortgage Company, octavo, pp. 24. An article "worthy of careful reading and study [that] will inspire a quickened pride in and a greater love for and a keener knowledge of the state." Southern Mortgage Company ad on rear panel. Just a bit weary from age and handling, with mild creasing at some corner tips and a nick at bottom of spine. A short tear and crimping at top edge of first page. "Auburn University at Montgomery" is stamped two times inside the front wrapper, two times inside the rear wrapper, two times in the margins of page [1], and two times in the margins of page 24. Withal, about GOOD in the publisher's stapled gray wraps with printed upper wrap lettering within double-ruled black border. Housed now in a clear protective display sleeve with white cardstock backing board. An uncommonly held item, with OCLC locating 4 copies only: Georgia State Archives; University of Georgia; Wesleyan; and University of Virginia.…
