Geosecurity: Geology of Security: Resources as the Key to the Future

GEOSECURITY introduces a new interdisciplinary vision that connects geology, ethics, sustainability, and global stability. In a world shaped by climate change, technological transformation, and geopolitical tension, raw materials are no longer merely economic commodities — they are strategic foundations of civilization.
This book explores how critical resources such as rare earth elements, lithium, copper, water, and energy minerals shape the future of nations, industries, and humanity as a whole. It argues that geological knowledge must be integrated into security policy, environmental protection, and long-term ethical responsibility.
Through the lens of responsible resource management, GEOSECURITY examines:
The geopolitical risks of resource dependency
Sustainable extraction and circular economy strategies
Environmental protection and biodiversity preservation
Climate security and energy transition
Technological innovation and critical minerals
Ethical responsibility toward future generations
Planetary stewardship as a global duty
The book proposes a new framework: security is not only military or political — it is geological, ecological, ethical, and planetary. True security means safeguarding Earth’s resources while ensuring justice, peace, and stability for all living beings.
GEOSECURITY is a call for scientists, policymakers, industries, and citizens to recognize that the future of humanity depends on how wisely we understand and manage the geological foundations of our planet.
