Bound in amber cloth boards with lettering on cover. Tight binding and solid boards. Minor shelf wear. Slight scuffing to edges of dust jacket. Tearing along spine portion of dust jacket. Clean, unmarked pages. 139 black and white photographic illustrations throughout. Monographien des Kunstgewerbes, or Monographs of the Arts was a German periodical which focused on various aspects of academia. This particular volume, compiled by Alfred Rohde-Hamburg, consists of a history of Scientific instruments dating from the early Renaissance to the end of the 18th Century. Overall, a unique volume in very good condition. Ships daily.
