About the Author
Beverly A. Williams is an attorney, legal consultant, and lecturer, who specializes in employment and labor law issues. She teaches seminars in Rutgers University’s School of Labor and Management Relations and Center for Management Development, and conducts employment-skills workshops for people of all ages. Beverly served as Vice President of Automatic Data Processing, Inc.’s Corporate Employment Law Services Department, which provided advice and counsel about employment law and labor matters to the company’s C-Suite executives, HR professionals, and sales and service management.
