About the Author: Vasu Eda is the co-founder and CEO of RiseSharp, a social impact venture whose mission is to change the college-to-job trajectory for college students. His professional career includes founding Boniva Software, (acquired by SSA Global), an on-demand talent management and e-learning company. In addition, he has worked in the areas of corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions at multinational companies, Alcatel-Lucent and Intel.
 
Vasu holds an MBA from Columbia University, an MS in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University.
