Get Out of Your Own Way: Success Handbook Series

"Get Out of Your Own Way" My intent for this book is to assist people with staying positive, overcoming challenges, and taking charge of their lives. We can be our own worst enemy or our own best friend. Often, we have qualities or attitudes that do not help us to succeed. How we think and believe can hold us back from having what we want. We have no idea that we are doing this. We will be exploring how and why we do this and what to do about it throughout this book. The perspectives given in this book have come from teaching martial arts for over 35 years and training in martial arts for over 40 years. I have also formally trained in personal development information from a western approach for well over a decade within groups like the Global Information Network and other sources.
What I have found is that the information taught in martial arts and personal development is similar but expressed differently. Experiencing these multiple viewpoints has given me a unique perspective to offer.
