Get Scrum F.I.T.: Fractals, Flow, and Focus for High-Performing Teams

Get Scrum F.I.T.: Fractals, Flow, and Focus for High-Performing Teams introduces a groundbreaking framework for building teams that deliver with focus, trust, and shared accountability.

Through the engaging story of Alex and the Swaggernauts-a struggling Scrum team facing resistance, disengagement, and chaos-Anthony W. Montgomery shows how to move from transactional fixes to transformational change.

The book reveals how to apply the F.I.T. Formula, an integrated system of:

• Dynamic Fractals - small, self-contained units that foster alignment and ownership.
• WIP Limits - constraints that reduce overload and drive focus on finishing.
• Teaming - real-time collaboration through pairing, swarming, and mobbing.
• Commitment Language - daily micro-commitments that build trust and accountability.

Blending leadership psychology, Lean principles, and real-world coaching experience, Get Scrum F.I.T. turns abstract Agile values into concrete, repeatable habits. Each chapter builds from lived examples-resistance, small wins, setbacks, and breakthroughs-culminating in a sustainable model of flow and focus that scales across teams and organizations.

This book is ideal for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and leaders who want to transform not only how their teams work, but how they think, behave, and grow together.
