About the Author

I am a retiree from Defence Accounts Department. I live with a voluntary mission to motivate and empower the youths since a decade. My first book title "Play More To Win More" encouraged me to venture on non-academic front. I hail from a small city called SHILLONG in India. I have come across with thousands of youths and my simple one-line question to them is "what you want to become?" and the responses are abruptly shocking that more than ninety-five percent of youths, is they don't know where to go. My mission is to trigger the hidden capabilities of youths and help them to emerge out of their shells. Also I am guiding them to become more focused on their dreams so that they can accomplish them. This is one of the purposes in my life.
