Members of the Military Writers Society of America came to Gettysburg in the Spring of 2016. Staying at the Battlefield Bed & Breakfast, the group explored the area, learned from experts, and shared their research. From ghost stories by the fireplace on the deck of the Inn to meditating on the battlefield, the authors pondered the enormity of the clash between two versions of the American dream in July 1863.   This book is a collection of the stories the writers found in Gettysburg.
