The history continues until with receiverships and buyouts until 1933. Many b&w photos, maps and memrobilia, bibliography and index. 370 pages, First edition. Large, heavy book. Clean, tight, with no wear to either book or dust jacket. Jacket covered with a mylar sleeve.
