Is one that will change your life forever.
Is it always better to give than to receive? What happens when your well runs dry, and there's nothing left to give? In treating her thousands of patients, Dr. Jill Kahn is witnessing this problem in epidemic proportions. We're a world of people who feel depleted and overwhelmed, not good enough or healthy enough. We are put on this earth with everything we need to succeed. What happened?
We've had one of our "basic beliefs" all backwards!
Discover the real truth about giving and taking. To have an abundant, happy life, you must learn to TAKE care of yourself first and foremost. In this exciting and absolutely fresh look at old "truths," Dr. Jill helps you unwrap the surprising gifts that overflow from a well-tended mind, body and spirit.
Fill yourself up first, then you will have more than enough for all.
The secret is in the taking!

About the Author
She believes all sickness and disease is curable when you are open and ready to look inside and take responsibility. She has the ability to see through problems and blocks that enables you to see the truth of who you are and what your body is telling you. Being with Dr. Jill is like being struck by a loving bolt of healing lightning. Be ready to change--and fast! She is widely recognized for helping thousands of people reclaim their lives and cure themselves from debilitating emotional and physical illness', including "incurable" cancer. Her patient triumphs are legendary. By participating in her powerful guided interactive realizations, they learn how to make nurturing choices and transform their lives. Dr. Jill passionately threw herself into her work as a chiropractor 20 years ago, but realized quickly that the "subluxations of life" stretch out far beyond the physical and uses her evolving intuitive gifts to reconnect people with their spirit, purpose and the truth of who they are and what their bodies are telling them, so they can make their true healthy connection once again. She lives "by example," sharing her amazing continually expanding knowledge. People fly from all over the US to her thriving practice in Atlanta, where she resides with her husband and two loving children.

Store description
With 3 stores less than 1 hour outside the DC/Metropolitan area (1 in Gaithersburg, 1 in Frederick and 1 in Hagerstown, MD), we have the largest selection of books in the tri-state area. Wonder Book and Video has been in business since 1980 and online since 1997. We have over 1 Million books for sale on our website and another 1 Million books for sale in our 3 locations. Items on Abe are not necessarily in stock at our retail locations. Please do not call the stores to place orders for Abe Books sales. We have a very active online inventory and as such, we can receive multiple orders for the same item. We fill those orders on a first come first serve basis, but will refund promptly any items that are out of stock. Since 1980 it has always been about the books. ALL kinds of books from 95 cent children's paperbacks to five figure rare and collectibles. A merging of the old and new is where we started, and it is where we are today. Our retail stores have always been places where a reader can rush in looking for a title needed for a term paper that is due the next day, or where bibliophiles can get lost "in the stacks" for as long as they wish. In 2002 USAToday recognized us as "1 of 10 Great Old Bookstores", and we have been featured in numerous other newspaper and TV stories including Washington Post and CSpan. Members ABAA, ILAB.…
