We may charge restocking fees for additional damage and additional wear to an item. When returning an item, please make every effort to ship your returns in a secure package with protection. They are inspected carefully so our customers are provided a positive shopping experience. If a disc is loose it is not sold. Our DVDS are all packed within a secure box. To avoid issues, a returned DVD should be packed in a box with secure packing.

We pack all books in a sturdy cardboard envelope/or box. Books are wrapped/packaged within the envelope. We use boxes, and bubble padding when necessary.
