Copyright date 1957, first edition, second impression. Blue cloth over boards with gold lettering on the spine. No tears, bent pages, nor any writing. Book seller label on the back inside lower left corner of the cover shelf wear to the edges and to the had and told the spine are moderate very very light soiling along the front groove of lightning of about 1 inch of the groove apparently during publication. Dust Jacket, no tears, bent flaps, nor is it price clipped. Dust jacket now in a clear protective cover. Light soiling to the back of the jacket, text is bright and clean, binding is secure, a solid collectible book of the top 100 novels of the 20th century. Size: 7¾" - 9¾" Tall.
