Rare to find a 1945 edition with a dust jacket at all. This book does have its original dust jacket but it has quite a few tears, even though it is intact. Some shelf wear to the book cover. Interior of the book is in VERY GOOD condition. The colorful lithographs are just precious. Many people are harvesting these bright lithographs and frame to decorate a nursery or toddler's room.
