Girl, You're a Grown Ass Woman! : Strong, Capable, and Worthy!

Girl, You're A Grown Ass Woman - Featuring a bonus musical soundtrack by the author, Robin Hackett!

Are you playing small?

Hiding? Making excuses? Questioning yourself into paralysis? Living scared?

Stop it.

Society spent your whole childhood feeding you conflicting messages about how to be a woman: Be confident, but not too confident. Be strong, but not threatening. Dream big, but stay realistic. Speak up, but don't be difficult.

And if you're not careful, you'll carry that nonsense all through your life: shrinking yourself, doubting your worth, waiting for someone else to give you permission to live YOUR life.

The truth is:

You're either living as a victim or living in power. There's no middle ground.

"Girl, You're A Grown Ass Woman" is your wake-up call. This isn't a gentle self-help. This is a boot in the ass.

You're going to stop waiting for permission and start creating what's yours.

You're going to design a life that's POWER-FULL instead of power-less.

Step off the roller coaster. Stop the cycle. Claim your damn life.

Girl, You're a Grown Ass Woman! Claim it. Be it.
