Former owner's signature on second page. There are two pages with pencil marks, about 4 pages that have water damage, else interior pages are clean, unmarked. Information includes history of the organization and founders, dress, badges, how to hold a meeting/ceremonies and then many chapters of very practical information on the program fields. Binding is tight.
