First two volumes of light-hearted four-volume series of small scarce, antique pamphlets from the Girth Control Library, addressing weight loss. Attractive cover art by Kliz (George H. Clisbee, 1894-1936), graphic artist & writer whose Art Deco illustrations appeared in the New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Photoplay and other magazines. Illustrated with clever cartoons as well (unknown artist).
