The new edition includes 10 new chapters, a new third section to the book looking at key issues and debates, and updates to all existing chapters. The new chapters cover: global citizenship as an ethical position; global competences; ethical global issues pedagogies; and digital literacy education; global responses to climate change; migration and refugees; populism; democracy; transnational activism; and the curriculum.
