About the Author

Jose Miguel Andreu is a professor of economics at the University of Sevilla, works at the UNED (Open University of Spain), and is the former economic advisor to the Prime Minister of Spain. Rita Dulci Rahman is a diplomat for the Netherlands with more than 30 years of experience in international economics and politics.
