About the Author

MUSTAFA OZBILGIN is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at Queen Mary, University of London. He is currently a visiting Fellow at Cornell University in the USA, teaching diversity management along with international human resource management. He has given visiting lecturers at Michigan State University and attends the key international conferences.

 

AHU TATLI is a Lecturer in International Human Resource Management at the School of Business and Management at Queen Mary, University London.
