About the Authors

Noureddine Miladi is Professor of Media and Communication at Qatar University, Qatar. Among his recent published books are Global Media Ethics and the Digital Revolution (2021) and he co-edited The Routledge Handbook of Arab Media (2020). He received his PhD in Media and Communication from the University of Westminster, London, UK.

Dina Matar is a Professor at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, UK. She is the Chair of the SOAS Centre of Palestine Studies. She is Series Editor of the series Political Communication and Media Practices in the Middle East and North Africa, and SOAS Palestine Studies.
