About the Author

Jeb Sprague is a Research Associate at the University of California-Riverside and has taught at the University of Virginia, the University of California-Los Angeles, and the University of California-Santa Barbara. He is the author of Paramilitarism and the Assault on Democracy in Haiti, and the editor of Globalization and Transnational Capitalism in Asia and Oceania.
