Go Forward is a spiritual journey about the transformation on one individual who finally caught up to her destiny.

Living in Richmond Hill, Ontario with her family, Rose is currently running two natural health practices. One is in the City of Toronto at Rosedale Roots to Health, in collaboration with other practitioners, one of whom is founding owner, Dr. Barry Shapiro, Doctor of Chiropractic of 26 years. The other practice is just north of the city in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Rose has created a safe, gentle, and educated approach to wellness and vital health.

Rose is a Doctor of Homeopathic Medicine, Energy Intuitive, Reiki Master and Nutritionist. Her practice is founded on the principle of achieving energy balance by using her unique energy intuitive technique, a most fascinating experience for both the client and her. Intuitively, Rose senses energy of a person's presence through their life force, chakras, past lives if applicable, and all aspects of their soul, in order to assist in releasing non-beneficial energy 'debris' and inherited 'energy imbalances', as well, day-to-day non-beneficial stress and chaos. She assists her clients with various physical, mental and emotional symptoms to bring them into a balanced status so they can go forward on their journey. Integral to the foundation of Rose's practice is homeopathy, which has the greatest track record of all time to assist healing and balance. Rose integrates the complimentary modalities of Reiki, nutritional counseling, with the assistance of food and supplement testing to create a personalized lifestyle program. The holistic approach of lifestyle management comes from both a professional standpoint and life experience, and from being blessed with the gift of intuitive wisdom. Along with individual consultation, Rose participates in workshops and seminars, appears as a guest speaker and teaches the Usui lineage of Reiki.
