About the Author

Don Sanders, Ph.D., has spent more than two decades in management and leadership roles in both the private and public secots. He has spent enough time in the trenches to have a full appreciation for and an understanding of both the challenge and importance of the maagerial role. Formerly owner of his own thirty person consulting firm, Don is currently speaking around the country, authoring books, and consulting with industry. The knowledge gained from working with over one hundred organizations, coupled with his own experiences as a leader and hands on research with employee retention, has provided him with a keen sense for what is successful and what doesn't work. Known to many of his fans as the "Golf Guy," Don has taken his love for the game and used its finer points to build a tremendous tool for teaching strong leadership skills.
