Let Go of Your S#it!: Discover the GoldThrone Method

Mentally and emotionally constipated? Let go of your s#it! In this workbook, Kim-Char Meredith, C.Ht. presents the GoldThrone Method, an original program that leads participants into a deeper understanding of their true, energetic nature and through a process of releasing thoughts and feelings that do not serve them anymore. The book is organized into three sections: Part I presents key concepts (Good Munchies) integral to the thought system upon which the GoldThrone Method is based; Part II explains the model of Energy Digestion and provides a series of exercises (Entrées) to help one clarify thoughts and feelings, enter contemplative states and move forward in personal transformation; Part III features closing comments on loosening up, energetic recycling and the joy of expressing. A Six-Week Matrix is included to guide users through a comprehensive and systematic process of learning, growth and release. Declare it: I Let Go!
