A very scarce uncorrected proof copy of the BBC Announcer by John Miller. The story begins with Miller's birth in a theatre to his various jobs in radio and broadcasting. Throughout the work sections have been cut and pasted over others with hand-written corrections and additions throughout. In a paper binding. Externally, a trifle rubbed with marks to boards and bumping to corners. Closed tear to backstrip and part of backstrip lifting. Ink inscriptions to pages throughout. Internally, firmly bound with some handling marks to pages otherwise, bright and clean. Good Only.
