Hi. Thank you for checking out "Goalie in the Limelight! A Collection of Small Saves Cartoons!" My name is James DeMarco, and I am the creator of the Small Saves comic strip. I'm also a life-long goalie, playing since the age of five. "Goalie in the Limelight" is a book showcasing the on and off-ice comic strip cartoon antics of a little youth hockey goalie named Small Saves. If you like the game of hockey, you will instantly relate to this little goaltender. Small Saves loves being a puck stopper. He can't wait to get to the rink, put on the gear, and get out onto the ice! The comic strip gags cover it all... from great saves, to games where nothing goes right, and everything hockey experience in between. What is so charming about the Small Saves comic strips is that this little netminder faces it all with the pride and passion that goalies have for stopping the puck. Small Saves is embraced by hockey fans of all ages the world over and projects a family-friendly image everyone can enjoy. Even if hockey is a sport you are just getting to know, the cartoons are written so everyone can share a smile and laugh with. The cartoons are funny, thought-provoking, and just a lot of fun to read. Since 1991, Small Saves has entertained the hockey community in various media contents such as magazines, newspapers, web pages, along with his very own website! Pick up a copy today.
