Oliver's Explorations was once the most popular children's show in the country, making young Scotty Colman one of the most familiar faces among child actors for nearly a decade. However, no one remains in the spotlight forever. Now an adult with his career in ruins, Scott is struggling with the psychological and emotional wounds of his former fame, while trying to be a good husband and father to his family in the aftermath of tragedy.
Scott's adopted daughter Kieri has wounds of her own after the loss of her twin and her struggles with faith as she seeks God amid the immoral lifestyle of her parents and the continuing pressure to follow in her father's example of childhood stardom.
