Everyone has a story. Everyone deals with hardships and obstacles and losses and failures. And too often, people use these traumatic events as excuses to give up and not try to be the best possible versions of themselves. He thought about giving up, about quitting and allowing himself to be enveloped by destructive emotions and things he couldn't control.Going the Distance is a visceral, true telling of one man's life. He grew up with an abusive mother, a hard-working father, and four siblings he leaned upon to overcome depression, immense sorrow, and crippling guilt.
