About the Author

R.E. Bondon has spent the major part of his working life in the criminal justice field. The author has been in law enforcement, a correctional counselor in a maximum security prison, a parole officer and assistant parole office supervisor. He has a Masters degree in Criminal Justice. R.E. Bondon has been a life long advocate for prison reform and currently chairs a prison reform committee in Surprise, Arizona.
