The Golden Rule: As Expressed by Cultures Around the World (Inspirational Gift Book)

This book explores the universal advice that is known as the "Golden Rule": do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

The Golden Rule includes different versions of this rule as expressed by different cultures and major religious and secular thinkers. The book also summarizes the different arguments and thoughts that surround this ubiquitous rule. This text needs no illustration - the words are powerful enough. Two inches tall and eight inches long, the book itself is shaped like a ruler and the text is printed in golden ink, making The Golden Rule an actual golden rule itself, vividly clear in all aspects.

The design and contents of this small book make it a perfectly unique gift and a beautiful, ready-made coffee table staple. The advice within is as pertinent and wise as ever, making this book a handy, tiny tool for measuring true greatness in life.
