Pan X238 imprint copy of Ian Fleming's James Bond novel "Goldfinger". The 9th printing overall of the 1st thus UK paperback edition and first with the iconic Raymond Hawkey "Silver Ghost" wrapper design, published 1963. Gilbert A7a(26.2). Pages are age-toned. Some wear, abrasions and bumping to the spine and wrapper edges. Normal midnor loss to the base of the spine with wear at top and base. Some bumping to the page corners. A name ("Yvonne") in ink on the fly leaf above the gun logo. No further marks, labels or stamps in the text block. Binding is sound. No shelf lean and the spine is uncracked.
