About the Author: Jim Maggiore, a retired IBMer, and Michael J. McCann, a 20-year veteran of the Johnson City Fire Department, rely on their own photographs, as well as those from local fans, in documenting the work of the Broome County Community Charities, Inc., which has run the tournaments since 1974. McCann is the coauthor of three previous books for Arcadia.
