Illustrated. 32 pages. A very scarce collection of golf songs and poems collected by the Captain of the Thistle Golf Club Leven. The songs were usually new words written to accompany an already familiar tune, and often sung after their convivial dinners. The collection grew to warrant a second edition in 1895, twice the size of the first edition at 64 pages. this is a reproduction of the 1886 rarity. Size: 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.

Books are sold as complete unless otherwise described. Books may be returned if found to be not as described. However,buyer needs to contact us immediately if there is a problem. Buyer pays all shipping, insurance costs. Payment in advance of shipping is required. Refunds will be made as soon as the books are received back by us provided there has been no damage. Photographs/book scans available on request. Sales tax will be added for items sold within Massachusetts.
