VG+ in a VG+ dustwrapper. Illustrated edition. Blanchard C58 describes the earlier Collected edition. A novel about a free-spirited Shropshire girl. There is a 4-page introduction by John Buchan. This edition is in blue cloth with gold lettering and a blue top edge. Illustrated endpapers by Norman Hepple who also produced the illustrated endpapers, 4 colour illustrations and numerous black & white illustrations. The book is in excellent condition with perhaps a hint of darkening of the spine.There are 3 tiny black marks on the outer edge of the text block and 3 leaves are unevenly trimmed along the lower edge (a manufacturing fault, I think). The illustrated dustwrapper (not price-clipped) has a little wear at the spine ends but is o/w very bright. Seller Inventory # 9074
