Goneometry and joint mobility improvement protocol

This book leads the reader to explore the methodologies that there are to evaluate the articular mobility of the human body, as well as the functional exercises for the improvement of the locomotive system, this work was carried out jointly by Strengh Box and the research group EDULLANOS, it was investigated from several academic perspectives to clarify on the processes that lead to the recovery of some type of injury by excess of the physical exercise or badly handling of the movement. The manuscript is left for people in the health care work environment who can perform these functional anatomical exercises in a scientific and efficient way.
