He is a leadership development and organisational consultant with over three decades of experience rooted in human process-work and behavioural sciences. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur (1987), co-creator of the Transformative Alignment Map (TAM) framework and co-author of Discover the Alchemist Within (2018), Kartik has made notable contributions to organisational development.
