The ocean—which she had once feared—became her greatest passion, and she made fishing and diving her life’s work.

Born in Montreal, Thomas trained as a lawyer in Canada and worked in finance in London before leaving it all behind to pursue her true passion: the ocean. She has since traded the corporate world for the coast, and now travels the world fishing and diving.
