About the Author
Meredyth Fletcher is a a nutritional therapy practitioner with master's degrees in clinical mental health counseling as well as theological and biblical foundations. She is the founder and owner of Karpós Wellness, where she works one-on-one with clients dealing with health issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. She and her husband, Daniel, live in Texas with their two boys.
