This book was born from pain — and faith.

After the loss of my father, I found myself typing notes in my phone…

raw, unfiltered thoughts about the moments that broke me

and the moments that helped me breathe again.

These reflections became a journal —

and that journal became Good Grief! I’m Grieving.
