Hb, 144pp, colour illustrations. Good with clean contents in Good dj which has light edgewear. Faint tanning/yellowing to page edges. Useful Good Housekeeping cookbook which clearly explains techniques and problems to anticipate within the recipes for classic dishes that we are all supposed to have master.
